- God is the God of grace and truth, mercy and judgment. God is love.
- Jesus Christ is the Son of God and Lord of all. He died on the cross for our sins and was raised from the dead. He ascended to the Father and will one day return to punish the wicked and take the faithful to be with Him for eternity. Jesus is our Savior and Master.
- The Bible is the inspired Word of God and is the source of our beliefs and practice.
- A person is saved from sin by the grace of God through the response of faith.
- One becomes a Christian like people did in the New Testament times—believing in Jesus, repenting of their sins, confessing their faith, and being baptized into Christ.
- Upon their response of faith people are added to the church for which Jesus died.
- Christians should worship together with gratitude and joy every Sunday through songs, prayers, giving, preaching, and sharing the Lord’s Supper.
- Christians are to grow in the likeness of Jesus as they love and encourage one another, share the love and Word of Christ with others, and help those in need.
